What is the program full name and version numbers appears under Help, About . . . ?

Movie Edit Pro 10 was released in 2005 and is incompatible with Windows 10.

This version is also incompatible with Windows 10 and has not been supported for many years.

You need to upgrade to a Windows 10 compatible version, the current version is Movie Edit Pro Premium version 17.0.2.166.

However you also need to check that your computer meets the requirements especially if you are going to edit HD and/or Full HD video.
