Imported 4k clip has no audio

A 4k video clip which includes audio when played using VLC Media Player has no audio when imported and played on a track with Movie Edit Pro. Clip was recorded on an XPro2+ camera which is similar to GoPro. Any ideas?

We need more information:

The full name and version number of Movie Edit Pro you are using as found under Help, About
An analysis of a clip from this camera using MediaInfo, please post the results from the Text view
Do you have the Import video with sound option turned on in the program Settings, Video/audio tab?
Your computer specification include:
- processor make/model
- graphics card or chipset
- RAM quantity
- hard drive size and free space
Windows version and is it up to date?
