Imposible to pay looper unlimited

I have been trying for weeks now but when I pay the picture freeze. It is not my pc. Every thing else works. madness that a Company des not do a thing to recive my money. I am so tired of heving trouble with my product at magix. I can see there are a lot of complains at this time. Its not posible to change card or paymentdetails, because the Window freeze. Now I wait 24 houre. Not a sesong more

And this time I want something back. I have used 7 or 8 different music maker jam over the years and if this is how mutch a customer over almost 10 years is worth , i wont just accept that i can pay this time. No. This time you have to do More or im gone for good.

Tomorrow at this time I start up with Cubass again if not something god comes out of weeks of frustrasjon.

I'm really sorry that you are experiencing this problem, but this is not a forum for contacting any Magix staff so we, fellow-users, can only offer advice, based on our own experience.

However, can you confirm you are asking for help purchasing Loops Unlimited for use in Music Maker? You mention Music Maker Jam; I don't think Loops Unlimited can be used in MM Jam, since this is no longer a Magix product.

Then, please show us a screenshot or the full wording of any error message you see on your screen. that may offer us a clue as to why you are unable to complete your purchase.
