Independence Pro Premium Suite failed to download

Two months ago I reported my issue to MAGIX Customer Service, but I never got a response.

 

The rundown:

I bought Independence Pro Premium Suite on 13.04.26 via the Producer Planet website, paid the full money for it, but every time I went to download the ZIP file, the download would fail 15% into the download (about 0.6/4 GB). The ZIP file would "finish" downloading except it's only a 9 byte file that says "Forbidden" when opened in a hex editor. I tried multiple times on different browsers and got the same result. I have hit the download limit, with nothing downloaded. Needless to say I was frustrated that I spent $300 only for this to happen

Have you checked your Antivirus software is not blocking the download?

Which AV are you using?

only Windows Defender for now. No way for me to check if disabling it works when I've hit the download limit, though.
