Install error

After downloading I try to install and get a error message. Ask if I want to restart the download or keep going. Neither work. Any ideas?

Several users have been experiencing this issue - contact Support at infoservice.magix.net - they should give you a direct link to the download.

That's what I was trying to do, but the support page is NOT helpful for contacting them. Will try the info you sent hopefully its different. If not I will demand a refund. This is crazy... Thanks for your help!

You should receive a download link.
