I have the Movie Edit Pro 2021 Premium with Windows 10 on an HP laptop. Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-10210U CPU @ 1.60GHz   2.11 GHzI. 12 GB of Ram and and 64 bit operating system.

The program will not download. It gets to the part when installation should be happening but it just stops, it doesn't get past 0% installed. I continually hit Continue and nothing happens.
