Installation error

I start the install and it gets to 99% complete, then a message box pops up stating corrupt install file. This has happened 4 times. Can’t get any technical support. The system just loops back to select support and nothing happens. No phone number, no chat available. Considering cancelling the app. I have a brand new pc, with windows 11. This is the first piece of software I have attempted to download. Not thrilled with this app or the company so far.
