Installation just stop

Hello

I'm installing the Movie Edit Pro Plus, when it got to stage 4 of the installation, it just stopped for hours. Even though the installation froze, the app still showed up on the screen, I opened up and it gave me error when I try to update it, "there is an installation in process" or thing like that. I tried uninstall and install it again, still stop at installation.

My laptop is a MSI Stealth 15m, RTX 3060, 16GM RAM and Core i7-11375H

Hi

Try disabling your Antivirus before installing, we are seeing several users having similar problems with an over aggressive protection by some AV products.

Hello

I have Norton Security and I turned that off and also I turned off the Window defender. The installation still stop at the end.

I'm seeing the laptop is advertised as Windows 11 ready with a planned update to it later.

Is there a possible TPM adjustment to be made?
