Does anyone know how to download an installer for VP 16 on one computer to take to another computer?

I am trying to install VP16 on a computer. I go to this dlm program which then asks me to download what I want to install and gives me a download speed of around 30kbps eg weeks to download. So I go to another computer hoping a LAN connection might be faster but it won't download an installer only letting me install to the computer.

I have given up with VP18, will never consider 19, I will never go beyond 16. Vegas is an utter mess as a program and it's support is appalling. I have given up finding a way to write to support taking you around and around in circles and obsfucation. Waste of time live chat, I actually thought they were AI as the responses were so stupid. I started with Vegas 1, have kept the faith and it has turned out to be a waste of time. Had to get that off my shoulders, apologies.
