Installing and reinstalling MEP 2017 version 16.0.1.22

Hi,

I am having problems when reproducing videos. This message shows up:

I have had similar problems in the past and the only solution was to uninstall and install program back in spite of having tried some solutions given by distinguished members of this forum.

I want to keep same version because I am not only familiar with it but it also comes with NB Titler Pro Ex and Red Giant. I would appreciate if someone could tell me how to make sure I am installing same version. As I remember last time there was an option to do it but do not remember where or how to do it.
