Website Maker works on a Flash basis. As long as mobile devices don't support Flash (which probably won't happen), websites produced this way won't be mobile friendly.

Use alternative software the produce real HTML (such as Magix Web Designer) to solve the problem.

There are mobile browser apps such as Puffin, Dolphin, Flashfox etc that work with flash technology. I have been using Puffin for several years.
