Issues with Burned DVD playback

Using MAGIX Movie Edit Pro Premium.

After upgrading to version 19.0.1.18, I am unable to play any of the DVD's burned with the program.

Have tried burning the DVD on two different computers.

And neither of the DVD's will play on any of our 4 DVD and or BD players.

The DVD's play great in windows media player on the computers.

Did you use the built in DVD burning options ?

If not, what did you use to create the menus and discs?

If yes -

  1. did you change any of the menu items, or add to or edit the menu?
     
  2. changed any of the advanced encoding settings in the Burn dialog shown below?

Can you post a screen shot from Windows Explorer showing the DVD file structure on a disc that will not play - it should look something like this:
