Issues With Redeeming Codes

I purchased the Movie Studio Platinum at Best Buy on 4/16/21, and when I set up my email, I mistakenly chose the wrong email. I tried to change it, however the program say that my code has already been used. I just need to update my email, so I can download Movie Studio Platinum on my PC. The issue is not changing my email, the issue is that I used the wrong email when redeeming my voucher code for Magix Movie Studio Platinum for PC. Now every time I try to type in my voucher code, it tells me that the voucher has already been used. I have a project due in the next couple of days, and I do not want to go buy another program. You will need to email infoservice@magix.net and explain the full details of your problem and ask that they assist you in amending your account records. Just remember, this is the Easter holiday and Magix staff will not be working again until tomorrow, Tuesday April 19, at the earliest so do not expect a very quick reply..

Hi

A voucher code can only be used once.

If you have access to the wrong email address then there should be an email with the serial number there and you could register/activate the program using the wrong email address and password to get the program working for now.

I suspect you now have 2 accounts with Magix and the suggestion from @PATIENT-X will not work.

You will need to contact Magix by email to infoservice@magix.net to get the 2 accounts merged - a response may take a few days as it is the Easter holidays in Germany.
