I finally got this program after reinstalling twice and it finally appeared in the download manager when choosing "download all purchased content". To get technical support I had to make sure I was logged out and on logging back in I had access to email support.

How do you use izotope ozone 8 in musicmaker?it's supposed to be a mixing/mastering tool but I can't see it anywhere.

Once installed it's listed in the effects.

@ole1

Just to add to what @Graham-Hawker wrote, can we be clear about exactly which version of iZotope Ozone 8 you are asking? This thread refers to Ozone Essentials, there is also Ozone Elements, both of which are, essentially, cut-down versions of the full Ozone or even Ozone Advanced.

However, whichever version you have you have to install the "core" program, including the plug-in .dll files (taking care to note the precise directory where these are installed). Then, assuming you have any version of Music Maker other than the Free version, you need to go to Program Settings (the cog icon, or shortcut P)>Folders>Add VST plug-in path and navigate to the folder where those .dll files are stored. MM should then read the contents of the folder and you should find them by going to the header of any track, clicking the "FX" button, selecting the option "Audio FX Rack track". This opens a screen, at the bottom left corner of which you should see a + and a - button. Click the + and the last entry on the small screen that opens will be "VST FX"; clicking that will show the complete list of properly installed and available VST effects you have, which should include Ozone.

However, this will not be the case if you are running the free version of MM since it does not allow for the use of third-party VSTs.

Hi,

i did as you @emmrecs described.

1. at first i installed iZotope Ozone9 to the folder. It created there two dll files

2.Then i add plugin in MMM

3. But i still see in FX only iZotope Ozone8 which was there from the beginning and it is only demo version. I do not see there iZotope Ozone9

Can you help me please? Thank you

@Lubomir-Rabatin

Welcome to the Magix user to user forums.

From your screenshot I can see you are trying to use Ozone 9, which is 64 bit only in MM MX Premium which is a 32 bit program.

You cannot use 64 bit plugins in a 32 bit program, unless you are prepared to buy and install something like jBridge.

Hello, ı have a question. Any magix softwares support Linux OS? Thank you :)

@Tarik-ONDER

Welcome to the Magix user to user forums.

Unfortunately, your first post to the forum is in a thread which is on a completely different topic to that of your question. Please do not hijack another user's thread by asking questions that are nothing to do with the thread topic, but rather start a new thread with your question.

However, I can very quickly say to you that, natively, no Magix programs support Linux OS.
