Just bought MEP 2015 --- XP install problem?

It was indicated that after the purchase it would include an XP friendly 32bit version with the download but the link that came in the email would not install on my XP Laptop... is the 32 bit link sent in a second email later? The link I was sent appears to start the install and then exits about 30 seconds into it.

I am having the exact same problem.  Have you figured out how to resolve the issue?  I though that maybe the 32 bit version might be on the hard copy that is being sent to me by snail mail?
