Hi I am having to many problems with this system I also have your magix music maker, that program never gave me any problems, I tried to remove the windows defender for insullation and still nothing, I really prefur a refund or a Hard copy.

You need to go to your Magix online email account and send an email from there to Magix support staff.

@CubeAce (Ray) is entirely correct. This is a user to user forum so no-one here can help you, unless you are prepared to give us a lot more details about the problems you are experiencing with Movie Edit Pro. Then, perhaps, we can help you to be able to install and run the program successfully.
Otherwise, as Ray says, you need to contact Magix directly.
