Live effects recording in Magix Music Maker?

Is it possible to record effects live, for example reverb or distortion effects in tracks on the timeline, so it can be re-played as it was recorded?

For example having a composition of loops and instruments, adding effects to the track, and start recording the effects making modulation changes on the fly, and then playing back the track and noticing same recorded fx changes in the timeline.

I hope it's understandable.

Thank you.

Understandable...yes, but not possible in MMM.  Effects can only be added to audio objects after the fact and are actually only applied after hitting the "Apply" button, mixing-down, or Exporting the object/track/arrangement.

However, in the Automation tool, you are able to apply effects "curves" to a limited number of effects provided (volume, pan, distortion, filters, etc.).

The only way to truly do what you want is to use real hardware effects units while recording.

Exactly ... less would be more. A simple effectrecord button is much more simpler than extra dynamic effects. And 100 times more useful.
