Logged in Once for product, now it keeps saying I have the wrong email

I can log into my account online and I logged in once for my product of Vegas Pro, but now I keep getting error-24 saying it is registered with another email. It is the same email, why is this happening? Please let me get an American phone number to call, if not I will be returning this product, for it is useless for me.
