Looking for information about the Ultimate edition.

I can't find a way to contact them about sales. I sent my question off to Tech Support which is the only way I could find to contact them. it's been a week and I haven't heard, but I'm not sure they handle sales questions.

I'm eligible for the upgrade, but when I went to buy it saw that it's now subscription. I'm trying to find out what that means. I want Ultimate because of the commercial usage. But $99 a year is steep if you have to pay it every year. I'm trying to find out if you can continue to use it after the year is up.

If you can continue to use it after the year and just lose the soundpools that come with Loops unlimited I'm fine with that. Appreciate any feedback on how this works. TIA

@NovaWright First of all, you should be able to contact sales by writing an e-mail to shop@magix.net

If you want access to Loops Unlimited you want Music Maker Unlimited, not Music Maker Ultimate.

To my knowledge, Music Maker Ultimate comes with Music Maker Premium plus a selection of 18 Soundpools, which can be used commercially. But you can't select the Soundpools yourself.

Music Maker Ultimate comes with Music Maker Premium plus a one-year access to Loops Unlimited, which let's you download all available Magix Soundpools. Please be aware, this kind of access to Loops Unlimited is only for non-commercial usage.

If you want to use Soundpool loops commercially, you still need to buy a commercial license once for each loop pack you utilize in your songs, either in the Music Maker in-app-store or on Producerplanet.com.

So, technically, if you already own Music Maker 2026 Premium, it's cheaper to buy Loops Unlimited for one month, cancel it again so it doesn't auto-renew, and then download and check out all Soundpools and make a list of the ones you like and then buy a commercial license for them during a sale.
