Due to the crash of a hard drive i need to re create a Video I made in 2018. I have tried loading a copy from the DVD but whilst I get sound the video is lost intermittently. Sometimes it returns but then the take may go black again. Can you help me overcome this please.
We'll really need more information. Detailed PC specs - especially graphics card.
Which video editing program are you using?
Have you tried using a third party converter to extract the Video from the DVD, and then importing that into what ever program you're referring to (You did not mention which)
@gezzat12 Copy the DVD's "VIDEO_TS" folder from the disk itself onto your hard drive, then import that folder to MEP. MEP will automatically display the actual movies in the VIDEO_TS folder for you to drag to the timeline.
To get the VIDEO_TS folder off your DVD, insert the disk, then in Windows Explorer (left pane) click on the DVD drive and you'll see the VIDEO_TS folder in the right pane.
