We'll really need more information. Detailed PC specs - especially graphics card.

Which video editing program are you using?

Have you tried using a third party converter to extract the Video from the DVD, and then importing that into what ever program you're referring to (You did not mention which)

@gezzat12 Copy the DVD's "VIDEO_TS" folder from the disk itself onto your hard drive, then import that folder to MEP. MEP will automatically display the actual movies in the VIDEO_TS folder for you to drag to the timeline.

To get the VIDEO_TS folder off your DVD, insert the disk, then in Windows Explorer (left pane) click on the DVD drive and you'll see the VIDEO_TS folder in the right pane.

Here's what happens when I try to import a DVD VOB directly off the disk (in my E drive):
