Lost Activation of Analogue Modelling Suite AM-Track after upgrading, upgrades is where Magix falls on its face. Every time I upgrade I spend weeks trying to recover my old activations or VST's etc... that I had from my older version. In this case I had purchased Pro X4 Suite and received the Analog modeling suite with it, I upgraded to Pro X5 and when I open and VIP project that was recorded in Pro x4 AM-Track and other analog modeling suite effects toss and error saying "PLUG IN EXPIRED" this is totally unacceptable behavior especially for what these DAWS and upgrades cost. So because Samplitude has abismal support and you cannot even speak to a support representative I am forced to use the forum and pray someone has an answer. I have been using Magix/Samplitued since 2001 but I am now comptemplating on moving off this platform and over to Tracktion. Can someone please help me to get these plugins registered to Pro x5? If I open the song in Pro x4 there is not issue the plugins work fine.

Oh and before someone says click on activate in the plugin dropdown, I have done that and it does nothing, purchase plugin brings me to the page to re-purchase the analog suite.

In Samplitude, did you download and install Instruments and Sounds under Help?

Thanks browj2, I have installed the complete suite, I can use the AM-Trak-SE but that is a scaled down older version. This is why I say Samplitude falls short on its upgrades. There is no reason that during the installation of the upgrade that Magix can't scan your system and check what is already installed and ensure the upgraded version can use the licensed plugins. Thanks for the advise on the forums I have joined also searched with no luck. I have places a ticket with support and hopefully they will have an answer.
