lost serialnumber

I bought MAGIX Video deLuxe 16 Premium through Office Center in Middelburg, at the time. I registered the software via my account (at that time !!) email address removed. Alas I do not have further details. My present emailaddress is : email address removed

I want to reïnstall it on my present computer which runs with Windows 8.1

Is it possible for you to send me the serialnumber that I have lost over the years?

Hi

Assuming the software was activated and registered when first installed, browse to magix.com, click the My Account icon - - top right of the home page and login in using your old email address and password.

From the left side of the next page select My Products, you will be taken to your registered products where you will find your serial number and a download link.

However, I could not login to my account (my MAGIX account I used for the registration) because I, sadly, did not remember the proper password (so many years...). I was offered to create a new password, but never received any message to start that process.

Do you have any more suggestions to solve my problem?

Is your old email account still active?

Did you check if the spam filters on your old email account have put the new password email into the spam folder?

Failing that email support at magix.com explaining the problem or raise a support ticket here.

I checked the spam folder in my old gmail account (still functioning!), but there was no entrance of a Magix invitation to start applying for a new password. I am 81 years of age and doing my upmost to keep in pace with things, as I realize that I am slowing down. I hope we can work it out.
