Editor only plays sound, picture is black.

The software is today installed and updated for 3d source video edit.

I would recommend to contact us directly and you can send us a small clip from the camera.

I have some SONY material here and have not experienced any problems with it as of yet. If there is no picture in the preview monitor, then you may want to try just resetting the program to defaults.

Try going to File - Settings - Programs Settings - Reset program to default.
