Magix Photo Manager hangs up

When Saving Face ID Database get message "Magix Photo Manager Not Responding" and program hangs. Magix Photo Manager with Windows 10.

We need more information:-

Which version of Photo Manager (PM) are you using?

Was PM working before the error message popped up, or is this a new install?

If the program was working, what changed on the computer, eg Windows update.

Are you logging in to the computer using a Microsoft account or local user account?
