I have 3 inquiries to support dating back over a month now with the only reply being the automatic reply stating we will get back to you within a few days.
@bjtap Magix are restructuring their support completely. They want to switch over to an AI agent and are currently training it with a knowledge database. If you haven't requested a follow-up to your tickets at least weekly, they are probably closed automatically by now. I suggest you try to create new tickets.
Thanks SP, but I have done follow ups a few times with no responses to those. I will go back to the latest one (given up on the first two) and do more follow ups.
