Magix Tickets Uncompleted

I have Magix tickets that were never answered according to the transition to BorisFX, I was wondering if it was possible to be able to get the messages that I sent for my Unanswered tickets, or forwarding support inquiries to BorisFX if relevant.

@Time-Tree You can simply ask Boris FX support. They should respond within a day. Sadly, Magix support got extremely slow in 2025 because of complete restructuring. Before that, they responded relatively fast, but now it may take weeks or even months (my last ticket took them three months to resolve).
