Magix Travel Maps (1.0.1.385) | Photos upside down

Hi,

I bring here a question to which I don't have yet find an answer.

When I import photos from my PC into the Travel Maps pool, some photos appear upside down without any apparent reason for that to happen.

I also realized that Travel Maps only accepts photos in landscape format and not in portrait format. What I don't understand is why sometimes TM resize the photo from portrait to landscape format and other times lay the photo down.

Is there any way to fix this?

Can anyone enlighten me on this subject?

Thanks.

I guess the photos are from a mobile device.

In which case, using an image editing program, rotate and save the images - changing the file name slightly so as to create a new image.

Check which orientation of the mobile gives the required result - it sounds like you rotated it upside down for some shots and the image files had the orientation flag set, this is ignore by some programs.
