Magix vs. Adobe Premiere

I have been a Magix user for years and am considering a change to Adobe Premiere.  I would like to hear from anyone who has used Adobe products.  I would like to hear actual user comments vs. what the software companies publish.  Thoughts?

When Video Pro X 6 came out I hesitated first to upgrade from Version 5 and instead joined the Adobe CC Cloud services, inlducing Adobe Permiere Pro and all other Adobe tools. After a short time of experience  went back to Magix Video Pro X and upgraded to version 6. The workflow is much smarter for my needs. I got lost in all these thousand features in Adobe Premiere. Might be, there are some unique features in Adobe Premiere Pro, which makes it worth for some to move over, such as sophisticated green screen correction etc. But when you are not depending on such features, it's from my opinion not worth to go through a long learning cycle.

Hi,

Which product and version have you been using? Remember that Magix has many programs, including music, so simply stating Magix does not help much.

What are your reasons for wanting to switch?
