trying to download files from 2 sd cards and put them in order in a movie. Also when I try to download the pictures it only sees the stills and not the video. Can someone help.
Hi Frank and welcome to the Movie Edit Po user forum.
Normally movies and stills are stored in separate folders in the camera. If you are using an automated download program it may not find them. You may need to search for them manually. Are you using a card reader or downloading directly from your camera? the PC should see the card as a hard drive. There may be more than one folder or folders within folders. Try clicking on each folder until you see video format files. Try copying them to a folder on your hard drive. Do not cut and paste them in case they corrupt when uploading. Then you still have the original files on your card to try again.
If that doesn't work come back again but it may be a few hours before anyone else can answer.

We need more information, specifically which version number of Movie Edit Pro (MEP) and variant, ie Basic, Plus or Premium, you are using, and the format and a MediaInfo analysis of the video you are trying to import into MEP.
