Good luck using other editing software, you'll find it requires a similar level of competence that Magix editing software requires! Learn the absolute basics first before attempting projects on ANY editing software.

I would suggest that this was a project doomed to fail from the outset, using consumer grade software for professional export and a total lack of computer and video editing experience.

For the wav file not working, you indicated that you sent the file to Magix and they confirmed that there was a problem and that they would work on it. Then you state that you got no help. We tried to help you here but you failed to answer our questions.

I think that most of us who have replied here, had we experienced a problem with the wav file, we would have opened it in an audio editor. Most of us have more than one. We simply would have exported the file to a wav that likely would have worked.

There are a few other things that you need to know. For broadcast, and I presume that was the intention with Netflix, you would have to provide a file that was properly leveled - meaning to B.T. 709 video and ATSC A/85 EBU128 audio standards. These are difficult without using measuring instruments and normalizing audio to EBU128 both of which can be done using Magix Video Pro X or Magix Vegas, but not MEP. Depending on the source video files (MXF, XDCAM or AVC-Intra), you should export with Chroma 4:2:2, the established TV standard (N/A in MEP).

For the future, learn and use a professional grade software before attempting to produce a professional video. Colour correction, colour grading, mixing and mastering and the use of effects, etc., is not something that is learned overnight. And please, for the sake of others, learn how to take screen shots properly.
