Hi Rami.

If MEP 2014 was a 32bit program it is possible the audio drivers will not work in on a 64bit operating system.

Was your version of Win7 32 bit?

We need more information -

  1. was MEP 2014 working on Windows 10 before, or was this on Windows 7?
     
  2. was Windows 10 an upgrade from Windows 7, or a clean installation on a reformatted hard drive?
     
  3. what is the video file format you are importing - a MediaInfo analysis with the results from the Text would help?

  4. were the same file formats importing before?
     
  5. Your computer specification - see this topic for what is required and place it in your signature for future reference - see my signature as an example.

Note: there was an issue with MEP 2014 importing MTS (AVCHD) files with Surround Sound with no sound. IF this is the format you are using then see this solution.
