MIDI Editor, where is it?

I have music maker 2013 and when i put a medi file up from sound pools and go double click it, the MIDI Editor does not show up, all i get is the audio fx rack.

Any ideas people?

The Soundpoolfiles are only Audiofiles.

Ok why is it when I watch people on youtube click on a file from soundpool that puts the file up on the board to edit, they then go to double click it and it opens the MIDI Editor? They even say," Double click it" and it works, but when I go to do it it opens a different program alol together.

This is right from the help docs:

MIDI Editor
The MIDI Editor makes it possible for you to edit MIDI objects. The MIDI Editor provides different sub-editors, views, areas, and aids to do this.

Double clicking a MIDI object opens the MIDI Piano Roll Editor for advanced recording/editing of MIDI objects.

I'm confused.. sigh
