Missing download-links after upgrade paid purchase.

Hi,
Anybody having the same experience as I have had? Paid for the 2025 Music Maker Ultimate upgrade and received a copy of the invoice marked as paid. No email with the download links etc. as noted after payment and no response from support the last weeks after several attempts to get the problem rectified. Actually, the same has happened with a recent Sound Forge Audio Studio upgrade. No sign of life for either so it is getting rather frustrating.

@Per-Schei In case nothing is listed in your order confirmation e-mail, upgrades usually get automatically registered to your customer account. So technically, you should be able to find everything there. Simply visit Magix.com and log in with your username and password and look under 'My Products'.

I have done that several times but only my previous purchases are listed. All the relevant info was provided when contacting support so I am not sure what is going on.

@Per-Schei It's very odd, that your purchased upgrades are not listed in your customer account.

Please contact customer support at infoservice@magix.net and write that you didn't receive your purchased products. You might get an AI chat bot response at first. Please read the response. I think it will send you some suggestions on how to solve your problem and I think you can then click some link that this didn't help. After that, you should get a human support staff member who should be able to handle your problem.

In the meantime, you might simply install a trial version and use that for 30 days.

Your post raises several questions:-

Do you mean Music Maker 2026 which was released June 2025 ?

When and from who did you purchase the upgrade(s) from?

How did you receive a copy of the invoice? If by email, then your serial number and links to the software should be further down the page in that email.

Did you check your email spam folder, the emails sometimes end up there?
