MM - possible conflicts with other software

Hallo everyone,

I have on my PC Music Maker (64-bit), Version 29.0.6.38.

My PC has the following configuration: Intel Core i7, 16Gb RAM, 64-bit Windows 10 Version 2004, Nvidia Geforce GTX (1920 x 1080), Hard disk free space – more than 500 Gb.

The problem is that the MM bugs while editing, almost every time. Finally, I could not use it. I think the PC configuration is good enough. However, is there a problem on software level? I mean a conflict between MM and some other software installed on my PC.

@Ivan-Spassov What exactly happens while you are editing? Are you using an audio interface with ASIO driver or just the audio chipset of your mainboard?

I use the audio chipset of the mainboard. The program just stops, no functions available, menus inaccessible. I’m obliged to stop MM from the Task manager (CTRL-Alt-Del). Sometimes it bugs even when I start the program, couldn’t load a project. When I start a new project and try to load a VST, the MM bugs.

I have installed the MM premium in 2018, then I have installed every time the upgrades of the program. A couple of months ago I have re-installed completely MM premium, due to the same problem. I start thinking of some conflict with some other software installed on my PC, even with Windows. Talking of other software, it’s just the usual office programs, nothing huge like for ex. Autodesk Autocad.

So, I wonder if some one has already had this problem.
