MM2019 Prem unable to log into store

I recently have been trying to reinstall MM2019 Prem, I have dug through the forum and am either not intelligent or just don't understand how to search. I installed MM2019 downloaded through my account products. Installs fine, works as the free version just fine, asks for updates. Did the update route, with 2024 I am able to sign into the store but again locked to a free version, it does show that I have previous activated MM2019 but that means nothing to MM2024. Either way played the install and uninstall game a ton, Found places to edit your internet options with TSL1.0 and 1.1, changing the warn mode between secure and not secure, tried the command line to reset the net service, tried turning on BITS. Seriously all I want to do is connect to the store. I have tried running in combability mode and everything. And yes I have done the store cleanup countless times. Any ideas? I really just want more than 8 tracks thats it. So any ideas?

This should allow you to download all the features of MM2019 in MM2024, including more than 8 tracks. Please check the Download tab in 2024 in case something isn't installed.

It's very possible that 2019 cannot login into the store any longer since its pretty old by now.

Similar problem here, tried to activate and nothing happens , just free version

After patching MMM still same problems ,
then realised I have to set samples to 44.1 on my audio card whenever I use MMM, been this way since 2016.
Seems ok now , W10 i53570k ,hd4000 , 16gb

Would this be a Sound Blaster audio card/chipset?

Yes I do see that in, minus the premium wording.

Great question I’ve tired the download from account version which is 27 something I believe and then it upgrades to version 28 I believe, sorry not at my PC at the moment but then that one upgrades to the latest if you update it. I’m running Win11

@Dustin09 The current version is 32. I recommend you download the newest free edition from Magix.com. The features of version 28 will transfer to it. Version 28 might not be completely compatible with Windows 11.

No I have a M audio mtrack usb interface , Have a guitar and Hammond (midi) connected ,
Just seems the only bit of software that I have to change the sample rate,
Other programs like vcv rack , daw's and guitar rig are fine with 48.

Have you installed the M-Audio drivers from the manufacturer for the USB interface, or relying on the default Windows drivers?

hi sorry for the delay, day job had some stuff to handle. going with the most recent version keeps it in the free version mode and still prohibits more than 8 tracks.

@Dustin09 Please make sure you download and install all additional features from the internal Download tab inside Music Maker. Maybe the "More Tracks & Formats" feature wasn't installed yet.

Looks like the more tracks and formats requires purchase, havent been able to get things working yet.

Took a while to figure out but that did appear to be the case, it wasnt showing as purchased for some reason, but noticed it hadnt taken the credit but it wasnt showing the credits available. Thanks for the advice!
