MOV has audio - not Video

Simple question, and I would like a simple answer. As of a few days ago, my MOV files only play audio and not video.

And though I am always interested in the intricacies of the "why" that requires re-education on computer software/science, I am more interested in the "how to fix" and "if it can be fixed." I shot my entire documentary on my IOS 13 device and am on a time table.

Please tell me if this can be fixed or not. Forgive my forwardness but I need a "yes" or "no," of a simple version of "depends."

@Jason-Dibelius

Hi

Install Quicktime.

If this does not work then you will need to convert the IOS device video to a supported format eg MP4 h.264 video codec with a video converter such as Handbrake or AVIDemux.
