Move Studio 2022 - additional content

Zealotron wrote on 1/10/2022, 11:18 AM

I have purchased the Magix version of this software - if this is not the correct forum, please point me in the right direction.

How do I know if the extra content included with the bundle has been installed? I've downloaded the extra stuff and ran the installs for all of them but cannot see much difference in the application from before. The pic shows all the downloaded files which have all been run and installed. I wasn't given an option to choose a destination for these files when installing. Due to space restrictions, I had to install the main program (Movie Studio) on a different drive. I altered all the paths to reflect this when I installed Movie Studio. Thanks in advance for any advice.

@Zealotron Hi, I have MEP Premium, I think it is similar although it's listed in the Magix centre under the Vegas tab so i don't know which forum 🤷‍♂️,

but those things like Design Studio are in the Templates tab, or should be.

btw i have two main drives, (C) drive where all my programs are installed, everything else like media, mp4s, jpgs etc, go on a separate drive/drives, if you've got programs on different drives other than the main (C) Local Drive they may not work as efficiently as they maybe they should 🤔🤷‍♂️

@Zealotron

Hi

Please do not duplicate posts on the same topic.

The image you have posted is showing the extra content downloads - I assume you elected to keep these in the download folder.

If you run the Install extra content option, under Help, again,  you should see the Installation manager dialog similar to that below stating the date of install:

If there is no installation date, then run the installation Manager again - the extra content will be checked but not downloaded again, and be installed. If not you can manually execute, one at a time, the installers shown in your image above.

Thanks for your reply. Sorry about the double posting. As I cannot locate the name of my product 'Magix Movie Studio 2022' I was unsure where to post.

@Former user Thanks for your reply. My system sadly has a really stupidly small C drive so at this moment in time I have no choice 😀😒

@Zealotron Yeah, hard when that's the case, 😒😂👍 can you go to your icon at the top, click it - My Profile, & fill in your Signature with your Vegas version, Windows version & system specs, CPU, GPU, RAM etc. this will then show at the bottom of the comments & will help people help you 👍
