Also do a search for "collage" in this forum and you will find a lot of information.

Yes,  if you ungroup the collage objects, you can then apply momement effects to each object in the collage  - go to the objects in the tracks usually starting at track 6, select the object and apply the desired movement effect.

But for all but the simplest collages, changing the effects on one object without adjusting others could have unwanted effects on the overall result.
