You are using a very old version of Movie Edit Pro (MEP) which is no longer supported.
I suspect that as the video file a a MP4 and appears to been downloaded from Youtube using Real Player, that it is encoded in a format that Movie Edit Pro 10, which is very old, probably a version of the Quicktime codec.
You could try installing Quicktime for Windows however it also is old and no longer supported by Apple to see if MEP will load the video after a restart.
Depending on the version of Windows you have there may be other issues as MEP 10 was only certified up to Windows XP.
Your post here seems to be a follow-up to this thread. Why did you not continue the discussion there, especially since you are asking about a much more up to date version of MEP than the one which the OP has?
Please do not hijack another user's thread in this manner.
. . . . . I will purchase the Magix Movie Edit Pro Premium . . . .
Before doing that check that your computer meets the necessary specifications for the current version of MEP they are far greater than the old version 10 and if you computer is more than 3 or 4 years old or has an AMD processor is unlikely to meet some or all of the requirements of the program.
I would suggest you post the specification of your computer so we can advise you - see this topic for more details of what is required.
Also, let us know what type of videos you generally deal with. MEP 2021 performs satisfactorily on an older, slower system provided you are not working with more than simple HD (1920x1080) projects.
Hi John, My PC i 5, 8 Ram, 2 PC. 500 GB HDD, is that enough? an OS is windows 7 & professional 64 bit, i will down load the trial version and see how its work and if it still easy to learn it.
The specification you have given is unfortunately not as complete as we would really like but Windows 7 is definitely NOT supported in the latest version of MEP.
Hello John it's Fujitsu ESPRIMO P400 E85+, Intel H61, Intel Core i5-3330 3/3.2GHz, Intel HD Graphics 2500, 8GB DDR3 1333MHz, 500GB SATA III (2 Hdd),Video is Build In. if need to upgrade to windows 8 or 10 i can do that.
Thanks for the computer specification, unfortunately it does not meet the minimum requirements for MEP 2021 - the integrated GPU - HD2500 is below the minimum required to support Hardware acceleration which is required for smoother preview playback and faster video exporting.
The minimum specification recommendation is a quad core processor with an Intel Graphics HD 630 GPU, which means you would be looking at a new computer, in this case I would recommend an Intel processor with a UHD 630 as the minimum for future proofing, currently MEP 2021 can take some advantage of a Nvidia or AMD graphics card, however for exporting it currently relies on the Intel GPU, without this video exporting would be relying on the processor and is very slow, this also rules out an AMD processor based computer.

I am getting by with a slower i5 than Ruben's; it depends entirely on what videos they are trying to edit; with SD and HDV video, MEP flies. Even HD phone video is OK. I would strongly suggest trying MEP first, with your video files to see if it works.
I've had my machine for 10 years; in that time, I've had various versions of MEP on it with no issues at all; certainly MEP 2021 is performing just as well (or as badly 😉) as the earlier versions with my videos; it is no bogeyman. The later versions of MEP, I assume, have better native support for the newer file formats such as MP4, so you are better off with the later version. Do not think that you will need a new computer just because you're now running 2021.
Certainly, if you are trying to edit 4k video and want fast render times, then you will probably need to update your computer but if not, don't assume you'll need a new machine.
