Movie Edit Pro 14 Plus Codecs

I had to reinstall on a new PC, and it says it cant activate any new codecs. How do I fix this?

Look at the driver if everything is in order

Audio driver is fine - Update your drivers

I do not think MEP 14 is supported any more, and due to its age, the activation process for this version may no longer be available.

What version of Windows is installed on the new PC ?

If your new PC is running Windows 8 then you will have to upgrade to MEP 2013 to get full functionality, this is due to compatability issues with the new OS's.
