Movie Edit Pro 15 , can't activate

Hello,

I recently had to upgrade to Win 10, 64 bit . Movie Edit Pro 15 Plus was fully operational at that time . Now I can't find it on my computer. I have the original installation disk but so far I am not able to activate. It should be obvious that I am not skilled at computers. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Can you be more precise please?

You were on an earlier version of Windows and after updating your copy of Movie Edit Pro 15 Plus (MEP for short) no longer worked? but other than updating to Windows 10 you did no other updating or removing of programs?

Or, did MEP Plus work directly after updating to Windows 10 and before shutting down your computer?

If so, was it the next time you turned the computer on that MEP 15 Plus stopped working?

Which version of Windows were you on before updating to Win 10?

Hi

I assume you mean Movie Edit Pro (MEP) was running before the Windows 10 upgrade.

MEP 15 is too old and not compatible with Windows 10.

The only solution is to purchase a Windows 10 compatible version of MEP.

Note: old projects or unfinished projects created in MEP 15 may not load into modern versions of MEP.

Yes I was using Win 7 and it was doing very well. All files from Win 7 were supposedly uploaded to Win10. I still have the installation disk for Movie Edit Pro 15 plus. However, when I attempted to re-install it wouldn't even activate. So I guess I have to bite the bullet and purchase an upgrade. Thanks for the info.
