A caption comes on the screen - Videodeluxe - Internal Error - No Projekt info in Delete Undo Projekt - File: Intern_Pl.cpp - Line: 2089. Time Sunday 12th April 2020.

Therefore I cant use the programme, I've uninstalled the programme and re-installed again with no effect - Can anyone out there offer me a solution to fix. Many Thanks Les.

@Les-Kendrick

Welcome to the Magix forums.

It would seem that, when you uninstalled and reinstalled you used the built-in uninstaller, which does not remove files and/or folders which were created by the program after the original installation was completed. As a result those additional files etc. are NOT removed by the default uninstall process.

You need to follow the process detailed in this tutorial to completely uninstall the existing version, then reboot your computer and reinstall.

Thank you for your response, unfortunately it didn't solve the situation having said that, the fault code has changed to 2090. This error code/message had occurred before I uninstalled/installed the magix programme, on going through the tutorial paperwork to rectify I came across steps that didn't relate to my computer (Steps 2&5) no files in the c drives / no hidden files also the popup menu had no Command prompt. I think I need to format the hard drive on my computer and hopefully doing this will solve my problem - drastic steps I know. Will this work?

Working with Windows 10.

Once again thanks for your time and response

Hi

. . . . I came across steps that didn't relate to my computer (Steps 2&5 . . . .

I need to update that tutorial.

Windows 1903 brought in a change, in step 5. the option you want is Windows Powershell (Admin) - Command prompt (Admin) has been dropped.

Step 2 the files you are looking for are hidden - did you read to the end of the third bullet point?

Hi,

Followed the tutorial and fulfilled all the steps, deleting the programme from the hidden files, running through the windows PowerShell (Admin) with found corrupted files repaired, reinstalled the magix programme to find the Internal Error is still there with the line code of 2090. The only other thing I noticed is happening there is a "saving" box is flashing very quickly on and off, (and reading 75%).

Your help will be very appreaciated.
