Error message DLLAV32.dll version6.1.124 or higher is the screen I get. Tried to download Windows 10 burn routine only to get half way through and cant get no further saying, there is already the same or a newer version of Magix burn routine installed but it will not let me burn to disc. Any thoughts out there?

What type of disc are trying to burn, ie DVD or Blu-Ray and does your burner support burning of that type?

What make/model is the burner and how old is the burner?
