Hi

There are several ways for fixing this issue - try these in order;

  1. Press F9 to rest the display layout
     
  2. If you can see the top menu select Window, Window arrangement, Standard
     
  3. Locate and delete the videodeluxe.ini file you will find in the folder:

    C:\Users\Username\AppData\Roaming\MAGIX\videodeluxexx_version
    - where Username = the logon name you use, xx = a 2 digit number and version = nothing, Plus or Premium

Note the folder is a hidden folder and you need to set Windows File Explorer to to show Hidden and System folders.
