where nn = a 2 digit number and version = Plus, Premium or does not exist
Locate the videodeluxe.ini file and delete it.
Note: the Appdata file is a hidden file you may need to set File Explorer to show hidden and system files.
If all the above fail - we need more information:-
Computer specification and program version, see this topic for what is required and please quote processor and graphics card make/model in full - I would suggest you put this information in your profile signature so we do not have to keep asking for it.
Are the graphics card drivers up to date?
A screen shot of the Program settings, Display options tab would also help.
Hello John. I hope this gets to you but after spending days trying to solve the problem without success and getting very frustrated, for the first time ever I used the community post.. I did as you said by pressing F9 and the problem was solved. Can't thank you enough Regards Peter
