Movie Edit Pro Premium 21 Software update

JBA wrote on 3/1/2021, 6:24 PM

I just applied the software update for Movie Edit Pro Premium 2021 and now NONE (Samplitude, Music Maker, Sound Forge Audio Cleaning Lab) of my Magix programs will open. I even tried restarting the computer. When I try to open Movie Edit Pro, the little wheel spins for a few seconds then nothing happens. If I try to open the other Magix programs, I get: AMLab_x64.exe - System Error -- "The code execution cannot proceed because VCRUNTIME140_1.dill was not found. Reinstalling the program might fix this problem."

Can anyone help with this? Will reinstalling actually fix the problem? Will it fix Movie Edit Pro? What\s up with this update?
