Movie Edit Pro Premium is not working for me

Movie Edit Pro Premium V21.0.1.85

I am brand new to Magix Movie Edit Pro Premium.

My PC—I10 Intel CPU—32GB RAM—3 Monitors—

All my searches for help on various issues with this product have been exhausting and frustrating. What I need is a telephone conversation with a support person who can point me in the right direction. All I've been doing, to date, is going around in circles on your website and getting nowhere fast.

If you can't help me this way then let me know how I can return this product for a refund.

Hi Richard and welcome to the user to user forums.

As such there are no Magix staff here that interact with users and being a public forum and posting your email address you may end up getting a lot of unwanted spam.

You should find a link to the manual under Help in the program, and at the top of each page of the forum you may have noticed it has various topics. In the Tutorials section you will find a lot of beginners video guides.

If you have a specific question you can ask on the forum pages here.

Your PC specs don't give the exact processor model. Just that it is an Intel i10. There are quite a few variations of that processor with different capabilities that may effect how you have to set up your program and its ability to cope with whatever type of material you work with.
