Assuming this is Movie Edit Pro (MEP) 2021 or 2022 then the program is not certified to run on Windows 7. MEP requires DirectX 11.1 or later which is not available in Windows 7.

As you are still on Windows 7, your computer specification may also be below the minimum required to run MEP 2021 or 2022 - see this topic for details of information is required for us to give you a more specific answer. Please quote processor and graphics card/chipset make and model in full.
