Hi

. . . . Why is MEP saving on to my one drive account? . . . .

Without more information I am guessing you have updated to Windows 10, are logging on to the PC using your Microsoft account and have not changed the default location where files are stored which by default is OneDrive.

If you do not want to use OneDrive at all you need to move your files back to your PC, disable/uninstall OneDrive and change your PC account to a local account - search Google for the various methods - this you do at your own risk.

If you want to use OneDrive for other documents - open MEP program settings, folder tab and change the first 6 filepaths to point to their original location on the local drive.

yes, that is correct. files were saving directly to 1-drive and filling up quickly. not good. do I have to re-install the entire program now? since all my MEP setting+files are on there?

Hi

Please re-read my post - the solutions are there in the second and third paragraphs depending on which option with OneDrive you want to do.
