Movie Edit Pro Version 21.0.1.85 - Export Issue

tayo-oyeleye wrote on 1/20/2022, 9:58 AM

I have been using the Movie Edit Pro Version 21.0.1.85 for some time but recently it no longer exports my movies. It prompts the following message - 'Export was not successful. Please try again with another export format and check to make sure enough hard drive space is available.

I have attempted to upgrade to version 21.0.1.116 but that doesn't even work hence me reverting back to 21.0.1.85

With regards to storage space, I have 500GB of free space.

Please help

I am trying to export a 1hr movie in mpeg4. This has been working for the past few months on a weekly basis without any issues.

How much free space is there on your C: drive?

Sometimes a too full C: drive can result in that error as the program needs room to create temp files on the C: drive while the editor is open.

Hi

Pleae supply the computer specifications you have been asked for in addition

. . . . I am trying to export a 1hr movie in mpeg4 . . . .

mpeg-4 is a container file format, not a video standard, which can contain a variety of video and audio encodings (codecs).

Which export preset are you using, a screenshot would help, and are you changing any of the parameters of the export preset?
